Portland, OR (July 9, 2011)- 16 year-old Keegan Walmer competed in two different classes in the USAC division, USAC Young Guns and USAC Focus Midgets Saturday night at the .25 mile oval of Stockton 99 Speedway. Besides USAC, on the off weekends Walmer keeps up with competition and runs a NASCAR Whelen All American Modified at All American Speedway.

 

Walmer drives the No. 24 K&N Filters Midget for Ron Sutton’s Winner’s Circle, a driver development program based in Sacramento, California. Walmer has three USAC wins for the 2011 season with two wins in the USAC Focus Midget division and one in the USAC Young Guns.

clarkframe1.jpgTEAMMATES CLARK AND LONG FINISH 2-3 IN STOCKTON USAC FOCUSES

 

Sacramento, CA (July 9, 2011)- 17 year-old Jessica Clark added solid finishes to her extraordinary 2011 USAC Ford Focus Midget season at the .25 mile short track of Stockton 99 Speedway. The Southern California female racer is a member of the Ron Sutton’s Winner’s Circle program which develops drivers for a career in motorsports. Clark drives in both USAC Ford Focus Midgets and the NASCAR S2 Sportsman divisions.

 

The talented female driver captured third in qualifying with a fast time of 13.733 seconds was a mere .026 seconds from the pole position. However, this did not discourage the young teenager by finishing second in the eight lap heat race. Clark secured fastest lap in the heat race with a time of 13.728 seconds.

Montreal, Quebec Canada (July 9, 2011)- 20 year-old Canadian driver Steve Cote drove the No. 4 Allstar Performance NASCAR Whelen All American Modified to his first 2011 victory on Saturday night at the 3/8's mile oval track of All American speedway in Roseville, Ca.

 

The 2010 NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Quebec champion joined the RSWC program after a successful tryout in the Shoot-Out program last October. After securing a spot on the RSWC team, Cote is driving the full season at All American Speedway in the No. 4 Allstar Performance car. RSWC is a comprehensive driver development program based in Sacramento, California that develops an international roster of talented drivers towards a career in motorsports.

SACRAMENTO, CA (July 6, 2011) – Denair’s Bobby Runyan Jr. had his best showing of the season in his #21 K&N Filters / Morgan Stanley Modified in Saturday night’s NASCAR Modified races at Roseville's All American Speedway. The rookie driver picked up his first career trophy dash victory and brought home a top-ten run in the feature.

ATHERTON, CALIFORNIA (June 14, 2011) 2010 All American Speedway NASCAR Modified Rookie of the Year Nik Romano picked up an important win in his young career, winning the 50 lap NASCAR Late Model feature at TOYOTA Speedway in Irwindale, Calif. on Saturday night.

The 20 year-old rookie driver drives the #51 NASCAR Late Model for Tim Huddleston’s High Point Racing.  Romano is also a member of the Ron Sutton’s Winner’s Circle driver development program which develops and prepares drivers for a career in motorsports.

MEXICO CITY, MX (June 13, 2011)19 year-old Alejandro Capin scored his career best effort in the prestigious NASCAR Mexico Series with a third place finish at Queretaro.  Capin is a member of the Ron Sutton’s Winner’s Circle driver development program based in Sacramento, California which develops drivers with the potential for a career in racing.

Capin joined the RSWC program after an extensive tryout and selection process that included a Shoot-out last October.  The talented young Mexican driver races in the NASCAR Mexico Series which enjoys strong fan and sponsor support throughout the country.

TREVOR HUNT CONTINUES USAC YOUNG GUN DOMINANCE WITH WIN AT VEGAS

KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI (May 31, 2011) 12 year-old Trevor Hunt scored his second straight USAC Young Guns feature of the season as the rookie driver won the 20 lap feature at the ultra-fast Las Vegas Bullring on Saturday night.  With the victory, Hunt now has three USAC wins this season and command of the overall Western points lead.

Hunt drives the #11 FVP Midget for Ron Sutton’s Winner’s Circle, a driver development program based in Sacramento.

PORTLAND, OREGON (May 24, 2011) – 15 year-old Keegan Walmer claimed his second straight USAC NorCal Ford Focus Midget victory on Saturday, winning a dramatic back-and-forth feature at Stockton 99 Speedway to take over the points lead.

Walmer drives the #24 K&N Filters Midget for Ron Sutton’s Winner’s Circle, a driver development program based in Sacramento, California.  Walmer has three USAC wins on the season with a USAC Young Guns victory also in the books this season.

FAST TIME FOR CLARK AT STOCKTON KEEPS HER ATOP NATIONAL POINTS

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CALIFORNIA (May 24, 2011) – Jessica Clark continued her groundbreaking season, as the talented female racer added a pole position at Stockton 99 Speedway on Saturday night to her already impressive 2011 USAC Ford Focus Midget season that has her leading the national standings.
